I stayed on the second floor, it's a very lovely place, using floor heating is a great idea, makes for a whole different experience especially when it's cold, it was clean, well maintained, the kitchen was small but tidy, I prepared breakfast everyday, had a wonderful time, I would definitely visit again.
Not a criticism but a heads-up for fellow visitors, If you're planning on cooking, preparation area won't be enough and no dish rack to dry the dishes.

Spacious, clean, new.. all appliances worked well, location is great for price paid. Floor heating is a bonus. We stayed for 12 nights and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend for longer stays.
Chinese tourists staying upstairs and beside. Heavy-footed, loud with no consideration for others when departing/arriving in the middle of the night.

Wir fanden die Lage gut. Ruhig und doch zentral. Es war sauber. Der Tisch größer als auf dem Bild! Großer Fernseher im Schlafbereich.
Es müsste mehr Küchenutensilien haben. 2 Gläser find ich zu wenig. Kleine Löffel gibts nicht und zumindest 2 flache Teller wären gut. Meinem Partner war das Futon nicht gemütlich genug, da er seitenschläfer ist und es dann zu wird wird mit der Zeit. Einlagiges Toilettenpapier würden wir austauschen gegen besseres.
