EVERYTHING! Best vacation condo rental experience ever! Super host Oscar was highly responsive and treated us like family! Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of groceries available nearby; recommend the produce stand a few steps west of the Mini Market de la Cruz on Pedro Clissante. Pool and grounds very well-maintained. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Attentive security. Pool Rules ensure an enjoyable experience for all. Close to great live music at Smiley’s on Pedro Clissante! Please leave a donation of cat or kitten food at Smiley’s for the Sosua Cat Sanctuary - the kittens eat 1,500 pesos worth of food a day! 😻🙏 Gym is 5 min walk away (100 pesos/day). Recommend Waterfront at Playa Alicia and Santa Fe (amazing infinity pool)!

Facility is nice. very nice pool and facility grounds personnel keep the common areas in very good shape
The furniture inside the condo is old and worn. Nit well maintained. mattress is old and worn. couch is worn and uncomfortable. More attention to detailed cleaning is required.
