Location is great. Just 3 minutes from Marmokirken metro station. Linens and home cleaned before we arrive.
Well. I came for CPH marathon with my family. Home was so noisy due to street is very crowded. Trucks start nearly 5am so our sleep was interrupted. Kitchen appliances like pan is so old and has scratch. I rented lots of houses and everyhouse has some minimal requirement like shampoo. But there is no shampoo at home.

De ligging was echt perfect! Overal dichtbij. Zo fijn en compact appartement. Heel overzichtelijk. Fijne keuken van alle gemakken voorzien!

Die Lage war perfekt, der Stil der Einrichtung war ebenfalls gut. Fahrräder konnte man im Hof abstellen. Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Einige Dinge müssen repariert werden: Klodeckel, Jalousie im Bad, Küche Brett unter der Spülmaschine. In der Küche das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Spülmaschine hat schlecht gespült. Die Heizung wurde nur von einem Thermostat aus geregelt, im Schlafzimmer konnte sie nicht ausgestellt werden, dadurch war es nachts sehr warm.

The location was excellent.
Kitchen utensils and equipment weren’t very clean. Nails in the floor were raised/up and could have caused cuts/injuries. Bad mold in the bathroom. Property was quite cold and heating didn’t seem sufficient. Additional blankets/pillows would have been welcome.
