About this house rental
Luxury Duplex with panoramic water views across Fingal Bay
Renovated, luxurious four bedroom duplex, metres from the sand and directly opposite Fingal Bay Beach. Exceptionally well appointed with features including Air-conditioning, DVD, multiple TV's, gas BBQ, dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Pod machine and Double Lock Up Garage.
Upstairs boasts a fully equipped kitchen and open plan living area with separate children's games room.
Bedroom one upstairs has a king bed, smart TV, walk-in robe and beautiful new ensuite with walk in shower and free standing bath. There is also a separate toilet. To make your stay even easier, this property provides linen and bath towels with all beds made up prior to your arrival. You just need to bring your own soap, shampoo & personal items along with your beach towels.
Bedroom two has a queen bed, built-in robe and access to a private rear courtyard. (air conditioned).
Bedrooms three and four have two single beds each (air conditioned).
The main bathroom is located downstairs as is the internal laundry with washer and dryer, for those who prefer to dry their washing outside there is a washing line to be found in the fenced courtyard at the rear of the property.
Gas BBQ and new outdoor table are found on the large balcony for great family meals with the best view in town! Just sit back and enjoy spectacular water views from the large balcony overlooking the beach.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
Note: This property will not accept school leaver or party bookings.
This property will only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

Amazing Christmas week in this idyllic location. Lots of walks and beaches to explore. The view from the balcony was exceptional.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS RIGHT HERE. PERFECT LOCATION OVERLOOKING FINGAL BAY. WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN AND GREAT SIMPLE BUT MODERN DECOR. SO CLOSE TO MANY ATTRACTIONS AND DINING OPTIONS. A FEW ISSUES HOWEVER - WE COULD NOT USE REMOTE FOR GARAGE AND DID REPORT THIS TO AGENT ON ARRIVAL BUT DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE OR VISIT TO RECTIFY. ALSO THE ACOUSTICS IN THE BUILDING ARE QUITE LOUD AND CAN HEAR EVERYONE MOVING ABOUT INCLUDING THE ADJOINING DUPLEX. IF YOU ARE AN EARLY RISER NOT AN ISSUE ...
