Summary:
Four bedroom, two bathroom, penthouse apartment with pool. Accommodates: 8 (bedroom one: queen bed, bedroom two: double bed, bedroom three: double bed, bedroom four: two king single beds). Close to the beach.
The Space:
The Location - This penthouse apartment is set two storeys above the village shops of Fingal Bay. It is just 200 metres to Fingal Bay Beach (patrolled September to April) and less than a kilometre along a scenic walking/bike track to the Fingal Bay Surf Club, restaurant and cafe and a great kids playground.
The Apartment - A penthouse apartment with plenty of room. There is a balcony with gas BBQ and water views over Fingal Bay, leading into the living area with a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player, a dining area and a modern kitchen with a microwave, oven, cook top, dishwasher and a coffee machine (BYO Espressotoria pods). Four bedrooms (queen bed, two double beds and two king single beds), second TV in the main bedroom, a main bathroom with shower and ensuite with shower and spa bath, and an internal laundry with a washer (no dryer). All this plus ducted air conditioning throughout, free Wi-Fi and lift access from secure parking (for two cars).
You will also have access to the swimming pool and outdoor area at the complex.
There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.

Our family of 5 with 3 older teenagers thoroughly enjoyed this property. Close to the beach, very well appointmented and a great set up for our family. Loved the verandah and the outdoor kitchen.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Location was great. Unfortunately not a great start. We arrived to a dirty apartment, messy beds, dirty towels in the bathrooms, Sticky Floors, Childrens hand prints everywhere. The cleaners arrived at 3.30 and did what they could but counters were not cleaned, floor wasn't cleaned. During time of Covid not great. Seal on the fridge is broken and we had to throw out some of our food as by Saturday morning it had already started to go off. For the price I suppose we can't complain but was still a little disheartening.
