Host, the place overall, location, near to eateries.
sharing car parking with other guests. Sometimes they didn't park properly and left the gate open.

Convenient and easy to get there. Nearby restaurants. The house might be built in 70’s, my guess, having the old design but kept it beautifully and clean. Quiet residential area.
No privacy in the rooms as the windows are at the corridor of other outdoor built rooms. Thought we will be the only occupants of that house but then it’s not. Car park at the porch are based on first come first park. If 2 bathrooms are occupied, then one of them will be facing with low water pressure. Water was not hot.
