There is a ground-floor room, but the bathroom is located at the back near the swimming pool.
The stay was generally comfortable. The room is spacious and comes with useful amenities such as a fridge, water dispenser, and a swimming pool.
The air conditioner was not cold and needs maintenance, which is quite a key issue. In addition, the trampoline was very dusty. It would be good to have a plastic cover to keep it clean.

Convenient location, very close to the city centre. The homestay also is very clean.
The split-level design of the house for the top floor.

It’s really spacious enough to fit 4 families plus they even provide extra blanket and pillow
The water pressure is a bit slow and they didn’t provide water filter

Very strategic location, spacious, clean and comfort. No astro but we entertained ourselves with pool. Owner password to collect the keys at the entry. Creative
No astro, was not told upfront. Monitor lizard 🐊 stuck in the toilet bowl at the ground floor bathroom. A little expensive for the houses its quite old and refurbished unit
