About this apartment rental
The happiness of a getaway on the Île d'Yeu is best shared as a family in this large apartment in Port Joinville! On the upper floor, in one of the houses bordering the quay, this 95 m² rental comprises 4 bedrooms, including two with large double beds and two with single beds. To optimise the comfort of the soberly furnished bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 2 toilets are available. A warm spirit and a hint of adventure reign in the generous living space, tastefully decorated. A pellet stove watches over your wellbeing. A marine-inspired handrail runs along the mezzanine above the open kitchen, fully fitted and equipped, right down to the plancha and raclette service! A major advantage is that the windows open directly onto the port. The life of the quays, the rotation of boats, sets the rhythm of your family stay! The balcony (with garden tables and chairs) that runs along the façade allows you to get a little closer, whilst enjoying a coffee or a drink.
On the quays, just a few steps from the boat that brings you, the apartment is in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Yeu Island. Cafés, restaurants, crêperies, bakery, fishmongers are at the foot of the accommodation. Crabs and line bars will go directly from the fisherman to your plates! Bike rentals and sea trips are also offered on the port. From there, you will set off with your nose to the iodised wind to discover the island. It offers contrasting landscapes, with long sandy beaches reminiscent of those on the Vendée mainland and wilder rocky coasts, close to the Breton coastline. Under a luminous sky and in unspoilt nature, you will let yourself be guided by the island lighthouses towards the charming port of la Meule, towards picturesque hamlets with little white houses, towards the fortified Old Castle and the cliffs that advance facing the waves of the Atlantic. A change of air guaranteed!
The linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of renewal, and housekeeping during your stay is outside our scope of intervention.

Accueil très sympathique de Laurie d'Hoomy/Oya Vacances. Le logement est super de part son emplacement, la proximité des commerces et du port Joinville en fait un atout exceptionnel ! Les chambres sont à l'arrière du logement donc plus au calme. Très propre et très bien équipé. On ne peut qu'avoir envie de revenir...

Appartement bien équipé et idéalement situé sur le port pour découvrir l’île tout en ayant les commerces à proximité (du moins hors saison alors que l’affluence reste modérée). Un grand merci à l’équipe d’Oya vacances qui gère la location et a été aux petits soins pour nous (réservation des billets de bateau avec remise, accueil chaleureux, gestion de la location des vélos....), toujours avec le sourire (même derrière les masques)! Tout était au rdv pour un séjour réussi, sans compter les splendeurs de l’île...
