About this house rental
Recharge your batteries in this spacious and serene accommodation, 10 minutes walk from the beach, through the forest!
House of 82m2 ideal for a family of 6 to 8 people. Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, this haven of peace has 3 real bedrooms and a large living space with all the comforts to welcome you. A terrace and more than 200m2 of enclosed garden will make your holiday experience most enjoyable.
Books and games (beach or board) are available, a TV connected from your own smartphone, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, toaster etc.). The toilet is separate from the walk-in shower room.
We can provide a baby bath if needed.
Enjoy the kilometres of forest trails in peace, your bikes can be stored in the garage. We access the beach by a 900m walk through the forest.
We chose Notre Dame de Monts for its calm, its forest and its kilometres of uncrowded beach and respectful of the authenticity of a seaside between wild nature and soft facilities.
We appreciate being both far from the hustle and bustle and close to the many activities available in the Vendée. The region is full of lively activities, in less than 30 minutes, you will access many highly sought-after spots (Noirmoutier island and Gois passage, Ile d'Yeu, St Gilles Croix de Vie, Explora Park, golf, Biotopia, oyster tasting by the sea, salt marshes...) Between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes, you can reach large parks such as Le Puy du Fou or Planète Sauvage.
Quite simply, on a daily basis, playing tennis 1km away, bodyboarding or horseback riding on the beach are a treat accessible to all. You can end the day by tasting oysters and wine with your feet in the sand, very close to local producers.
The "Sea Shell" Holiday Home is located on the edge of the forest on the edge of St Jean de Monts and therefore 5 or 6 km from what is there: pier, mini golf, golf, casino, Ferris wheel, Océabul swimming pool, aquatic center, acrobranches, Lidl shopping centers, Super U, Intersport, Centrakor, Avenue des marques etc...
And in the other direction, it is pleasant to reach the town center of Notre Dame de Monts 1 km away, its market square, its local shops, its seafront and its nautical centerPGJyPg
The small family campsite nearby is very quiet, without entertainment. No parties and noise pollution are tolerated, everyone watches over and respects the rest of the others. We prefer the same thing with our tenants.
