Beautiful property with all the amenities you could need and a lovely fruit with wine welcome set up. The interior design and layout is gorgeous.
The hosts were really lovely and attentive with quick replies to requests and gave great suggestions for things to do/eat.
Any time more than one appliance was switched on, it would all trip.
The old lady next door came and shouted at us for splashing/laughing when we were in the pool. We weren’t being loud but she came across really hostile and it ruined our fun.
There is a very persistent and loud cat that comes around, I know stray cats can’t be helped but it was wining at all times of the day and jumped all over us, obviously encouraged by previous guests.
Definitely need a car as it’s very far to walk to any amenities.

The villa was located in the country a few km from the town of Kos. It was very peaceful and quiet with just the sound of birds, cockerels an peacocks, bliss. The villa was beautiful, spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. The were plenty of places to relax and eat indoor and outside. We loved the pool area and the cabana style area which was so cool to sit and enjoy the garden and eat in the evenings.
The host Matthias was so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa and hope to come back in the near future.
Absolutely nothing it could not have been better
