Amazing town centre property, all amenities, shops, restaurants, attractions, archaeology, excursions, all on your doorstep. Then there is the view, which changes every minute with boats coming and going. Turkey is visible across the water, and a beautiful large balcony with seating for dining and relaxing to see it from. 3 bedrooms, all double and large and comfortable with good storage options. 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer. Comfortable, relaxing furniture and because it is 3 floors up, the street noise does not bother. It is our second visit in 6 months - October and May - and we hope to return soon to this apartment in Kos Town and the beautiful island of Kos

Maybe one or two more Sun loungers or reclining chairs on the balcony. For some the 2 flights of stairs might be a problem, although there is a small lift, I think this is intended for luggage only. Also, the stairs are open at the sides and would be dangerous for small children.

Hem evin konumu, manzarası, ev dekorasyonu, şahane teras... her şey çok çok güzeldi.. muhteşem karşılandık. Ev sahibimiz çok ilgiliydi. Mutfakta ve evin genelinde konfor için herşey düşünülmüştü. Kesinlikle tavsiyedir..

I dont know where to start counting. As in pictures, the view is amazing, creates great space atmosphere and for the living room, more spacious perception. Stella is very nice, kind and warm person. She thought of everything for guests’ needs. All rooms, kitchen, bathroom are well-equipped. We were welcomed with grapes and wine :). Appartment location is perfect, beaches are 7 min away on foot. Public transportation, car rentals, attractions and cruises are max 2 min away. We had great times as 2 aunts and 2 cousins.
