    I stayed here 2 nights with my fiancee and really enjoyed the design of the place as well as the warmth of the host and aunty barista. The host was super communicative over chat and even got me to check in early. The highlight for me was aunty barista who was very friendly and served really great coffee for a great price. She's got 2 years barista experience so the coffee is legit! She even went out of her way to provide a special breakfast for us: Jok, patongo and nam taho(congee, fried dough and soy milk) because I mentioned how much I love it. The area is a bit far from the station but I didn't mind the walk to much, you can always take a motorcycle taxi. Otherwise, the area around is fine with me there's a 7-eleven, a market, local vendors and foodstalls. If you walk further down towards Ari you'll be fine there too with many options. The room was extremely spacious and everything worked perfectly. There's even a balcony! There's also a beautiful rooftop with a great view of the city - really good for sunsets. I highly recommend if you're looking for something a bit more local and quiet. I'm no stranger to Bangkok so I now prefer staying around Phaya Thai for the great food options and local markets. Otherwise if you're looking to shop - just stay in central.

    The Local Ari was an amazing hotel. The staff was exceptional. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop was another great highlight of my stay. I will stay again.
