Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentrumsnah in mitten von Hahnenklee. Gleich nebenan ist der „Tante Enso“ Supermarkt, zudem man gleich praktisch im Bademantel seine Brötchen zum Frühstück holen kann. Auch hat die Wohnung eine Badewanne, sehr selten in Hahnenklee!

Die Größe der Wohnung und die Lage.
Die küchenausstattung. Es fehlen viele Utensilien. Im Wohnzimmer ein unbequemes Zweiersofa aus den 80er Jahren. Sperrmüll auf dem Balkon. Verunreinigter Teppich in der Küche. Küchenradio funktionierte nicht. Es gab ein Weinglas und ein Trinkglas.
