About this apartment rental
One bedroom apartment on 2nd floor with fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with Queen bed and living room with sleeper sofa (accommodates four). Balcony overlooks mature foliage and seating area is perfect for evening wine and cheese or outdoor dining. Located at the Holiday Island complex in Tierra Verde this is the closest vacation rental to Fort Desoto Park which is a county park named one of America's Best Beaches. The complex includes a tennis court, huge heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, boat slip and launch (reserve in advance), large deck with bbq grill and picnic tables overlooking the bay with beautiful views. Includes free wifi, beach cruiser bicycles, washer and dryer and exercise room. We also offer free parking and use of hotel amenities at nearby Pass-a-Grille Beach.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, very quiet and the other residents were friendly. Communication with the host was excellent!

The location was great. We loved the close proximity to the Fort Desoto beaches!!Also convenient to downtown St Pete. Condo complex was very nice, beautiful pool and on the water. The condo was very dark. The living room furniture was really sad. Chair covers were very dirty. Sofa had little holes in it. None of it was comfortable. Kitchen was ok. Bed was comfortable and was king size. I don’t think I would rent this unit again, but I would stay at the complex.
