The location was great but do not that the mall entrance is not accessible before 10am and after 10pm.
The place is spacious and host provided detergent for the laundry. There are 3 rooms which can easily fit 6 people.
It also has direct access to the mall.
There is plenty of food choices around the vicinity. Basically, during my stay there, we had bat kut teh, lok lok, dim sum, etc.
There were only 6 toothbrush and 6 bath towels for 4 people over the course of 6 days and 5 nights. But, it's not an issue as we can get travel sets from the mall.
There is no room cleaning services during our stay there.

The location was ideal for us and there was plenty of living space in the apartment. The washing machine and dryer were good to have.
We expected that the 3 bathrooms to be ensuites so disappointed that only 1 bathroom was an ensuite. The third bathroom was far too small to use as a shower. Access via a single lift was sometimes annoying as we had some lengthy waits. Maybe this is just a consequence of being on the 36th floor.
Payment method for the security deposit was difficult as I don't have touch&go. I had to find an ATM and deposit the cash. Providing bank details would have made this process better.
