Newly built secondary suit with a private side entrance to the house with gorgeous pond view located at north of Calgary. 10mins drive to Calgary International Airport , Country hills golf course, Cross Iron Mill Outlet and Costco Shopper Center. 5mins drive to the Asian grocery store T&T supermarket. 4mins to the large commercial area which has Superstore, Sobeys, Landmark Movie theater IMAX, Western and Asian restaurants, Vivo public library& gym facility&a swimming pool, 22mins to Downtown . Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. This is HOME
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. We booked this VRBO on short notice and stayed for 2 weeks. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and warmly welcomed us. The suite had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood. Thanks very much! Lilli and Ebenyo

We used this property for my family who was visiting, it was the next street over, super convenient for our family! We were able to have lovely visit all together!

We used this property to house additional family members that I could not fit into my house down the street, it was close enough for the family to walk back and forth. Clean and comfortable to stay in, and super quiet.
