A very stormy stay in Zeebrugge. But comfortable

the wifi code should have been available in the apartment. We had to call the owner to ask for it. That is the same for information about a doctor or a nearby pharmacy and things like that.

Convenient and Bright!!

The building and chain door elevator are amazing as is the location, view and easy parking. Big, clean, furnished modern apartment with nice light. Bar right next door was cozy and several restaurants were nearby. Right at a long pier and nice beach. Easy access to the tram to Oostende.

Bed is really small for 2 people. Too short for me at only 5ft8in/175cm. Maybe you can sleep a single or kids in the bedroom and use the pullout sofa for 2 adults?? Personal opinion...but it's a shame that it's so white...and the materials and decor don't match the old vibe of the building, Some parts of the construction are unfinished or irregular.

The location is perfect, a modern flat in historic castle(built 1914). close to everything train station, beach, dunes etc. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can easly prepare food, tea and coffe. you can find here feeling at home plus vacation mood together.

The Kitchen Was very well stoked and the Location of the building is excellent.

The Towels and especially the Couch smelled like Someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes altho the description said that it is a non smoker appartement. The appartement was very dusty as well. Sadly we didnt find the Sun terrace as well as the washing Machine which both were in the description of the appartement.

Separation between sleeping room and living room would be better. Curtains have to be moved each time we wanted to open or close a window and they are very high and difficult to move. Just a pity that there is no little terrace.

Was ok voor 2 nachten maar te duur voor de kwaliteit. Wel een prachtig gebouw.

Het gebouw is aan de buitenkant prachtig en de gangen en de lift ook. Zee ligt op loopafstand (over het strand). Handig dat er een sleutelkastje is en dat er 2 bedden zijn. Het bed in de slaapkamer is redelijk in de woonkamer de ene helft goed te beslapen de andere helft heeft een harde rand. Gelukkig sliep ik er alleen in en de ene helft is dus prima. Deel van het meubilair is denk ik recent vernieuwd. Fijn dat het met een sleutelkastje werkt. Fijn dat er grote handdoeken zijn. Door het winterseizoen konden we dichtbij gratis parkeren. Verhuurder reageerde snel op de app met onze vraag naar welk netwerk en het wachtwoord voor de wifi. De verwarming is goed, het was er snel behaaglijk.

Het appartement is vergane glorie. De toplaag van de platen op de vloer laat op veel plaatsen los van de ondergrond. En in de badkamer loopt het water daardoor in de vloerboards waardoor er een forse schimmelgeur hangt. De handdoeken zijn lekker groot maar deels versleten, een had zelf een scheur Er is geen warm water in de keuken (ook niet na langdurig door laten lopen). Er is een afwasmachine maar we hadden niet veel afwas, uiteindelijk het warme water maar uit de douche gehaald. Er is een soort trappetje van een paar treden in de gang naar de douche en toilet die s nachts moeilijk te navigeren zijn, dus moet je meteen het grote licht aandoen. Een nachtlampje daar zou fijn (en veiliger) zijn. Het appartement kijkt uit op de haven, overslag van zeecontainers, met bijbehorende geluidsdrukte.

Modern comfort in klassiek gebouw

Modern appartement in prachtig klassiek gebouw. Het was schoon en ruim en het contact met de eigenaar verliep bijzonder prettig.

De locatie is leuk, maar Zeebrugge Strand is niet heel erg levendig. Kan ook komen omdat we er buiten het seizoen waren. Maar met de fiets ben je zo in Blankenberge, Knokke en zelfs Brugge.

Gute Küchenausstattung

Bei Ankunft keine Info über Code des Schlüsseltresors. In der Wohnung war kein WLAN Passwort hinterlegt, Passwort kam nach telefonischer Anfrage per SMS. War aber zunächst falsch. TV funktionierte erst nach langem herumdoktern. Der Decoder hängte sich permanent auf. Die Fußbodenpanelen im Schlafzimmer und im Flur sind schadhaft, haben sich gewellt und sind Stolperfallen. Der Toaster verursacht Kurzschlüsse, der Wasserbehälter der Kaffeemaschine leckt. Bei einem Brand ist es fraglich, wie man heil aus dem 4. Stock kommen soll. Die Aussicht auf den Containerhafen ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache.

Der Strand ist unendlich weit, was sehr schön ist, aber auch bedeutet, dass man lange auf dem Weg zur Wasserkante unterwegs ist. Am Wochenende und den Feiertagen war es schön ruhig aber in der Woche geht es laut her am Hafen. Für uns war alles gut und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Compleet appartement in geweldig pand

Goed verzorgd en compleet appartement in een schitterend monumentaal pand. Geweldig om hier te mogen verblijven. S avonds lekker kijken naar alle lichtjes van de haven. Rustig, geen last van geluid buiten. Maar ook op loopafstand van de oude vissershaven met leuke restaurants. En de tram is om de hoek. Net als het strand.
