Cozy apartment

The location of the flat was good, apart from the loud music from the stage, especially on Saturday night, when it did not stop until 12.30 am. But it is easy to shop at Carrefour Express and to get to the beautiful sandy beach and walk northwards along a sandy elevated path. Also handy for the train to Bruges. It has wifi and the chairs and bed were comfortable (although the latter was cramped)

Finding the lock box (there are 5 of them so had to try them all). They are not visible from the street, but rather on the back of the letter boxes. Also, once inside, only with assistance could we locate flat D2 with certainty, as there was no letter D on the door on floor 2. This flat is clearly used as a home when not being let out. As a result it is full of locked cupboards and other furniture, including a huge trunk that is not visible in the Booking.com photograph. The toilet is located in a cleaning cupboard with no washbasin. A large wardrobe in the bedroom was locked, so no hanging space. The shower is very small. Also, we could not find the kettle, could not ignite the gas hob and the oven was located above the fridge in a very dangerous location. But we could cope with these limitations.
