We stayed here July 2025 and had a very nice time. The game room was perfect for the kiddos and the house had everything we needed for a nice vacation. It’s about a three minute drive to the beach and close to shopping as well as the tourist spots (Rosemary, big chill, beach bean, etc). There are plenty of beach supplies in the house and kind of regret having packed so much. Neighborhood was very quiet and all the neighbors were polite and courteous. Management company is also very responsive and we didn’t have any issues communicating. We would stay here again.

We loved this sweet house! It’s within walking distance of all of the action at Rosemary Beach and there is an underpass so you don’t have to cross a busier road to get there. The kids (we have 4) all enjoyed the games upstairs and our 2 year old loved the dollhouse. We did bring some of her own dolls from home for the house as I figured that they would be missing some-but it had the furniture and was so big & fun for her! The neighbors who are locals were sweet and kind to our kids at the pool as well. The only thing I would change would be to add some blackout curtains to the bedrooms-our kids (except for our teen) were all up as soon as the sun came up. There is also access to a fishing pier on Powell Lake and we left our fishing poles & gear for others to use too. We would stay here again for sure!

This house is perfect for a family!! Lots of space and we loved the game room!! It was a great location!!Just a bike ride to the beach and all the little towns. We loved everything about it!!

Just needs some updated furniture and beds.
Outdoor patio was ok Most of the dishes were not very clean even the pots and pans, Silverware etc.
