Piso Claudia

A very clean and well-equipped apartment, with everything working perfectly and provided to a high standard. The host has clearly made a real effort to create a home away from home, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches. Communication before and during our stay was fantastic. Thank you, Claudia, for your assistance. We stayed during the last week of May and, for anyone who has not visited before, Mallorca can be very busy. Accommodation and parking can also be more competitive than in some other European destinations, so I would recommend allowing at least 10 minutes to find parking nearby. I would also suggest considering the extra protection from your hire car provider, simply for peace of mind when driving and parking around the island. Overall, this is a lovely apartment and a very well-managed place to stay. We would not hesitate to recommend it. Puerto de Pollença is a really nice location, and the nearby town of Pollença itself is beautiful and authentic. We visited the popular villages on the west coast, but we were glad we chose to stay here. For balance, the only minor points are that we would personally have preferred firmer pillows, and a bathroom mat would have been helpful. However, these are very small details and did not take away from a very comfortable stay.

The apartment was amazing. Close to the water front. Claudia and her mother looked after us really well. Loved it!
