Riva Playasur is a new residential building (summer 2019), located just 200 meters from the ferry and the beach; right in front of the modern PASEO del CARMEN mall.
The studio, with its 43 m3, is perfect for couples or small families, It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all comfort. There is juicer for juices, nespresso coffee machine, kitchen aid, oven and microwave oven.
