About this house rental

Small but lacking nothing. A great little one bedroom, one bath cottage just three miles from Historic Downtown Dayton TN. In a great neighborhood. Out in the country but still close to town. All the amenities of home; stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, washer/dryer, sofa bed, large parking area, and a nice yard. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. All linens and pillows provided. All dishes, pots, and pans provided. Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bedroom and kitchen do have step down floors. Also has an open floor plan with no door on the bedroom. We love our tiny home and we are absolutely positive you will too.

Wifi works for email but, streaming lacks. We even took all other devices off. Frustrating since we were trying to watch the SPURS WIN. Over all a great stay!

This is a small place. The pics are pretty accurate to what it is. There's a step down to the kitchen and bedroom(be careful). The bathroom is small.

This little house was perfect. We had a fishing trip for 3. It’s close to docks, we went to Harrison Bay Park and George Frost Park to put in the water. They were about 30 min to get to. Great weekend and the house was great. We didn’t have to contact host, we had everything we needed. I would satay at this place again it’s very cozy.
