About this apartment rental
Entering into palace court a grand hallway welcomes you, featuring a beautiful Victorian elevator. The grand open spaces of this apartment are immediately evident upon entering the large reception area.
A bright, spacious contemporary kitchen/diner is the perfect place to cook up a family meal or enjoy a lazy breakfast whilst soaking up the uninterrupted sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. A grand opulent living room with original feature fireplace, cosy furnishings and again the stunning sea views will make you really feel at home.
The spacious, inviting Bedrooms to rear of the apartment with modern decor, original fireplaces and comfortable beds will ensure a good nights sleep. The Master bedroom and second bedroom both have king sized beds whilst the further two bedrooms have doubles.
A modern fitted full bathroom with shower over the bath, separate shower room and w.c complete the apartment.
Guests will receive all access codes and instructions 48 hours before there arrival.
All of our stays are self check in, however if you have any questions we have the chance to contact us which is all sent to you.
Located in the heart of Hastings just minutes' from the pier and a ten minute walk to the historic old town. There are plenty of attractions to visit in Hastings from smugglers caves to country parks or just take a stroll along the promenade and stop off for quick refreshment and one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants.
This apartment can be booked in conjunction with our other stunning seafront holiday let apartments, ideal for larger groups or families or events as all of our short break apartments are situated in the same building.
Our holiday homes come complete with an on call service should you need us during your stay.
Hastings Train Station 10 minutes away from the property.
Please be aware there is 3 flights of stairs upon entering and an additional 2 flights of stairs. There is also 2 separate elevators you can use to avoid using the stairs, however the second elevator is a small 2 person lift.
We suggest parking at Carlisle Parade Car Park, it is approximately a 5 minute walk to the property. You can park your car there for approximately £10.00 for 24hrs. Please be aware the car park we suggest is locked between 23:00 and 07:00, and has a height restriction of 2.2 metres.

Views from property amazing - great kitchen/dining area. Had issue with plumbing but sorted.

The neighbourhood is a bit dilapidated but the views and location of the flat itself are stunning and could not be bettered. Entry into the flat is a bit complicated. Tricky parking outside when dropping off bags and lift/stairs take a while to negotiate. Property Manager really helpful and went out of his way to assist. I suggest that more than one set of keys are provided, as the flat sleeps 8 and the entry phone did not work. Lighting in the kitchen could be improved, but overall a really great place to stay. We will definitely return!

Beautiful, big apartment. Light, airy and fab views of the ocean.
Couple of small issues we found in the apartment on arrival were dealt with quickly by the owner.
All in all a lovely way to spend a week with family.
