About this villa rental
This is a unique 2 bedroom modern villa within a small landscaped private complex of only 40 units. There is a large communal swimming pool and toddler pool. The villa is equipped to a very high standard, with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The outside living terrace provides a semi-shaded dining area to enjoy, chill out and soak up the unique ambience of Fuerteventura. The villa also has a large roof terrace with superb views of Lanzarote, Los Lobos and the mountains. The semi detached villas are situated within a 5 minute walk to local bars, restaurants and supermarket, and close to the famous sand dunes and fantastic beaches of Fuerteventura. We stayed at this villa for 4 weeks and had a great stay there, we know the area very well as we have stayed in the area many times. The villa is not the biggest but is certainly big enough for 2 or 4 people, it has a very nice modern kitchen and toilet shower room. we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and comfortable villa. Super roof terrace for sunbathing and views. Nice little yard with hot tub and table and chairs for lunch. A couple of miles outside Corralejo centre on a slight hill. Takes about 25 mins to walk in, but no need to do so as there are some great restaurants at the top and bottom of the hill 10 mins walk away either way. 30-45 mins walk to the big beach either down the road or across the desert and it's well worth it when you get there. Mercadona supermarket 10 mins walk.
We did have some minor issues with the villa which is why only 4 stars, namely the shower needed a new on/off knob and was difficult to turn on and off. The bathroom window would not close. The hot water in the bathroom sink was discoloured. The light by the front door went off after 3 secs and the TV didn't work.
If all these issues could be addressed it would be near perfect.

Unfortunately there was no hot tuband hasnt been for 2 months. The upgrades to the property were lovely.
We felt the bedding and towels should be changed after a week. We washed the towels ourselves.
Unfortunately the cooker stopped working but that didn't massively impact us.
Overall a lovely apartment
