Location, location, location...this centrally located home is 12 minutes north of the downtown
IU medical center and 5 minutes from St. Vincent’s hospital. With easy access to the main thoroughfare Butler University and abroad Ripple Village are also minutes away! A perfect location for anyone attending local attractions or traveling nurses seeking lodging.

The house worked great for our needs. A comfortable large home for a quick family gathering. The air conditioning doesn't reach the upstairs but there were ceiling fans and portable fans to help circulate the air the 2 hot/humid days we spent there. Carlotta was quick to respond to our inquiries, which was great. All in all, I would gladly recommend their home.

This was a great place for our multiple families to stay while we were in town for a wedding. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Nicely situated between Indy and the surrounding areas.
