Good location

Great location with easy access to the Monon Trail. Access to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. We had breakfast at The Roost two mornings and it was fantastic.

The "Boarding Pass" process was a bit much. Neighbors in the upstairs apartment were quite loud well past the "quiet hours". The shower water pressure was poor

I do not recommend this unit.

The apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell of old food that seemed to have been there for a long time. The overall cleanliness was very poor — we had to clean all the floors and remove dust ourselves upon arrival. We were traveling with a baby, and we had to change her clothes every few hours because after crawling, her pants and feet would get very dirty. During our stay, we were also informed that maintenance workers would need to come in to service the air conditioning, which we found quite inconvenient and unprofessional, especially considering we had booked well in advance. The management is very strict and charges extra for every small request (such as early check-in), yet despite the poor cleaning conditions, we received no compensation or refund. Overall, I would not recommend this unit. It was not a pleasant experience, and the apartment faces a main avenue with a very basic “security system” — just a wooden stick behind the sliding door.

For the most part my stay was Excellent with the exception of upstairs residents

I love the fact that it was on the Monon Trail because I am a avid hiker

Well the individuals UPSTAIRS was extremely Loud this was during the QUIET HOURS woke me out of my sleep
