About this house rental
Country quiet - take a break from the busy and relax in a house all to yourself with beautiful views of pasture and the Emmett foothills. Less than a mile from restaurants in town and the rodeo fairgrounds. We are 3 minutes from the White Barn Venue.
Enjoy a peaceful open floor plan. 3 bed, two bath, skylight kitchen with covered patio and gorgeous views. This home shares a split driveway.

The space
Open floor plan with skylights over kitchen island with grate-room. Spacious living room with WiFi and tv. Gorgeous open views of pastures. Enjoy coffee in a pot (coffee grounds supplied) or Keurig (bring your own pods). Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, mixer, fryer, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washer and dryer available for use.
Master bedroom with private bath and single shower space, king bed, closets and dresser.
Second bedroom has queen bed, dresser and large closet space.
Third bedroom has a daybed with a pullout trundle with a large closet space.
The living room has a new queen sofa bed. A Pac-Man Arcade 8-in-1 has recently been added for family and kids to enjoy.
Large back patio is covered with skylights. Attached garage available for parking.
Large spacious front and back yard. Perfect getaway to relax.
Guest access
The entire house, yard and garage is available for use. This is perfectly and specifically set up for guests. Feel free to pet the horses, cows and goats over the fence, but please do not get in the pasture with them.

We are close to the gem county fairgrounds and rodeo (3 minutes), sawyers pond, Emmett Cherry Festival and town. Less than 4 minutes from restaurants, grocery stores, gas and movies in the town of Emmett. Five minutes from the local highschool, 5-10 minutes from the elementary.
We are 6 minutes from Fourth Street Gardens, 13 minutes from Willow Grove Events, 15 minutes from Bissel Creek Meadows, 8 minutes from Bertao Mesa Wedding & Events, 14 minutes to The Flats 16 Restaurant & Event Center. Did I miss your venue? Please message me.
We are 12 minutes from the Firebird Raceway.
The Boise Airport is 45 min away from this home.

- No Smoking, Vaping or Drugs on or around the property. ($300 fine).

- Absolutely NO unregistered guests without prior approval
- Must be present on property if guests are approved and will be held responsible for their actions
- Any significant damage will result in the loss of security deposit plus charge to fix or replace damages
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 7 am
- Photographers MUST disclose their session type and number of shoots being done during the stay
- Guests booking longer than a few weeks will be subject to routine maintenance cleanings. Long term guests will be responsible for linens, dishes, shampoos, soaps, laundry detergents, etc. Maintenance cleanings will include vacuuming, floor mopping, dusting, bathroom cleanings, counters, sinks and inside windows.
- Guests wanting to stay longer than 30 days must have prior approval.

This is a great place in a little town that doesn’t have a lot of options for places to stay. It was perfectly clean with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, tons of room and a huge yard to enjoy. The communication with the owner was easy with quick responses. We will definitely stay here in the future!

What a sweet, beautiful, absolutely spotless house to stay in! I was excited to find it in the homey, rural area surrounding Emmett because it was convenient to visit family. But I was even more excited when I saw it in person. This is a house that’s been well cared-for, inside and out. The decor is lovely and the inside is like new. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of drawers and appliances, utensils, etc., in the gorgeous kitchen because I’m known to “re-clean” in most houses I rent. The bed linens and bath towels are also good quality.
I wish we could have spent more time there and enjoyed the patio and yard. The neighbors’ goats are hilarious to watch! And what a plus to have a nice garage to park in.
One hint is to maybe bring a sleep eye mask. The house has wonderful natural light throughout, inc. from those full Idaho moons!
Shauna is an outstanding, very responsive host, and this is one of my favorite house rentals ever. Thank you!
