About this apartment rental
An Amazing fully equipped 2 bedroom / 2 bath holiday apartment. Located in a quiet central neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants, shops. Ideally positioned between Shenkin, Rothschild and HaBima.
Bedrooms – Master bedroom including queen size bed, cupboard space, en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom with two individual twin beds.
Bathrooms – En-suite bathroom, plus full additional family bathroom with shower and toilet.
Living, Dining & Kitchen Area – Large lounge area with open space for sofa’s and dinning area. Glass sliding door for great natural light leads to patio with additional table and seating. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, family fridge/freezer, kettle.
Other Features – Washing machine and tumble dryer. Elevator (apartment on 1st floor).

Famous Carmel Shuk (7 minutes)
Nearest Beach (13-15 minutes)
Rothschild Boulevard (3 minutes)

**As is the case all over Tel Aviv, there is another building being rennovated across the street from the apartment. Working hours are during the day only and not on shabbat or holidays. Thankfully the flat is designed so the bedrooms are in the back and should not be affected by noise. The balcony however may be less quiet / enjoyable until the project is completed. **

I can't think of a more perfect place to stay. The apartment was immaculate. There was every convenience available. We were within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee cafes, and shops. It is a bustling neighborhood of diverse people, and the vibe is energetic and friendly. On a personal note, the showers were amazing...no weak water flow or problems getting hot water.

Wonderful stay!! Apartment was comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. Great location on a quiet street, walking distance to many restaurants around Rothschild and Dizengoff, short walk to Carmel market, 15 min walk to the beach.
Austin was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here for your vacation stay!

The apartment is in a quiet and convenient part of Tel Aviv near Sheinkein and Rothschild. The rooms were clean, mattresses comfortable, host was responsive, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped. The large windows and balcony added even more. We had a wonderful time!

Extremely nice flat recently renovated in a quiet neighborhood. It was also well stocked with necessities for cooking. We loved the location as it was an easy walk to cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants and the Carmel Market. Our Host was helpful and promply responded when we had questions or needs...we would stay here again on our next visit.
