Located on Water Bay at the eastern end of St. Thomas, this beachside location is nestled in a cove fringed by waving palm trees. It’s the perfect escape for anyone with a sense of adventure looking for music and fun on your next vacation. Guests will enjoy a sprawling outdoor pool and hot tub complex, a Margaritaville Restaurant, a 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar, a dive shop with water activities, and even venues for live entertainment. From the moment you pass the native stone entry walls and start hearing those familiar songs, you will enter a world like no other. This unique resort features this two-bedroom suite which portrays a nautical feel, with clean lines and custom millwork. Fully equipped kitchens include a bar area complete with Frozen Concoction Maker and a relaxing outdoor seating area.

Any variation from the photo and actual property is unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. It was great…check in process a little long especially since we had been traveling 12 hours.

Our stay was easy breezy, MargaritaVille is a fun place to stay, the restaurant is good and convinient. The only problem we had was the unit we stay room 12409, we got the master and it appears to have some bed bud infestation. I am mentioning this, so the problem is taken care off in the master bedroom The other bedroom guests were not affected at all. Due to lack of experience, I blamed the black tide in the Ocean water until I got home where my bites were confirmed to be what seemd to be by the signs and all the pictures Bed Bugs. The infestation is not horrible and it is just starting, as I sufer bites every day, it shall be easy to control at this point. So sorry nobody reported this prior, so you could've control this before.
I will come and stay in your place again, beds are comfy, pillows are soft, we were very happy the week we stayed there. Views are nice and everything was clean

Check- in process was fast but carrying luggage up and down the stairs to room was no fun. Restaurant staff needs to be more friendly and attentive. Parking lot needs attention especially when it rains, it floods.
