One suite includes a King size bed, two night stands, wall-mounted 4KTV, nightstand, chest of drawers, walk-in closet and private bathroom with dual vanities and stall shower.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, dresser, 4KTV, private ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity.
The living room has a sectional sofa, coffee table, end table and a leather chair. It is adjacent to the dining room and receives plenty of natural light from the sliding-glass door in that room.
The dining room has six comfortable chairs and table.
All rooms receive ample sunlight from a skylight and numerous large windows that over look the golf course and mountain range.
The adjoining kitchen offers cooks plenty of space to create delicious meals. The kitchen is fully stocked.
The condo also has a washer and dryer.
Close to everything, yet set in a peaceful tranquil Palm Springs Resort Community! This 2 bed/2 bath unit backs up to the 18th hole on the 27 hole PGA rated golf course. There are 3 sliding patio doors that lead to the back patio that looks upon this hole, and a community heated pool and spa are only steps away. Mountain views and palm trees abound at this wonderful desert oasis!

TRASH: All trash should be in containers. No visible trash containers – unless pickup day. (Note: No problem to comply as there are two large dumpsters within a short distance of this home.)
NOISE: Whether day or night, an appropriate noise level should be maintained for a residential neighborhood. No loud talking or sound devices or musical equipment allowed. Occupants shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited between the hours of 10PM to 8AM. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC SHALL BE USED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. MUSIC PLAYED FROM THE INSIDE OF THE STVR SHALL NOT BE HEARD BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINE OF THE STVR AT ALL TIMES.
TOT RATE- 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District (GPSTBID)
