Guests shall respect the neighbors privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property as well as compy with the city's noise and outdoor activity standards as well as all rules and regulations of the Desert Princess HOA. Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. Outdoor music is not allowed at any time and indoor music shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am - Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM

We loved our stay at Steven’s place. We got in at night time and the directions were really easy to follow. The space was big enough for me, my partner and our 2 friends for 4 days. The facilities (pool and hot tub) are also very nice touch as well. Steven was really friendly and always communicated with us. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely condo! Clean, comfortable, nice beds and baths! Attractive grounds and pool. Street or garage parking. Clear instructions and great communication from owner. He made everything run so smoothly.
