Villa FORTUNY is a charming typical villa with a private pool, located in Miami Platja.Groups of young people, parties, and guests under the age of 25 are not accepted.
On the ground floor you will find a fitted kitchenette, a living room, a dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed (150 cm) and two bathrooms.On the upper floor a master suite with a double bed (150cm) with access to a terrace and a bathroom.The villa has air conditioning in the living room, ceiling fan in two bedrooms, TV (FR, ES, DE), a terrace on the ground floor.For your meals, you will have at your disposal a charcoal barbecue and a griddle, ideal for cooking outdoors!Parking is available in front of the garage.
SITUATION: The villa is located about 2 km from the beach and 1 km from the supermarket.Just 1 km away is the main avenue for cycling or walking, with many bars, restaurants and shops.

Lovely villa enjoyed by everyone of us.6 adults, only one slight problem it lacks a fan of some sort in on of the bedrooms. It's a very secure place and in a very nice area and it's quiet which is great. Bit of a walk to the shops for us older ones so the car came in very handy. The outside barbie was enjoyed by us on most evenings.

This Villa was exactly what we wanted, very clean with everything you need. It is close to local shops, restaurants and beaches plus the area was not overcrowded. the Agents were really nice, easy to communicate with and very helpful . We would definitely book this again

An absolutely gorgeous stay in the villa with a family of 7.
The villa was ideal for a relaxing stay with everything that you needed.
The location was only a short walk to the beach/town and close to local supermarkets.
The hosts at Palmeiras Immo were amazing and could not do enough for you and the welcome pack of local produce was a delightful touch.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay at the villa 😁
