This apartment is very accessable to Zentrum by the 55 autobus which stops accross the street and the S1/S2 which take you into Zentrum. Total commute time is about 30 minutes, very easy.
The building is very clean andsecure and has parking for a reasonable fee. There are convenient washers/dryers in the building for a fee.

The initial checkin was problematic: automated system not responsive to name, reservation # etc. Phone numbers provided for assistance did not include all numerals. But an email from Claudia who came immediately rectified. The studio had a fully functional kitchen. Bath was modern & elegant. I was fortunate to be given a courtyard room. Streetside would have been traffic noise heavy. Across the street bakery & restaurants convenient. Discount grocery nearby. I would stay again.

A compact apartment for two that was clean and efficient. Check-in process worked well and communication with landlord was always good. The neighborhood is safe with grocery and pharmacy a block away. DM store was a bit of a walk though. Several German restaurants with beer gardens nearby. Learned many Bavarian food idioms at those restaurants. 55 bus, which runs frequently, connects well to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn systems.
Would definitely stay there again.
