It has a bus stop and parking in front and has cafes a 2-minute walk away. It is located 2 Km from restaurants / take away, supermarket, bakery, hairdresser, florist, laundry. All expenses are included, with bed linen and towels, for a maximum of 4 people (1 double bed and a sofa bed). It is equipped with Máq. Washing Machine, Water Heater, Gas hob, Exhaust Fan, Oven, Fridge, Microwave, TV (with cable TV), Laundry machine. We spent 11 days in the dream apartment.Lino was a very nice host.The apartment was clean and had a great view.The amenities were sufficient for our needs. We only cooked once and otherwise ate out. Three times at Alta Vista.Lino also rented us a Renault Capture Automatic, which is an excellent car for the mountains. He also picked us up from the airport and took us back to the airport early in the morning at 2 a.m.Thanks for this great stay!

Excellentes vacances chez Lino dans son dream appartement , superbe vue sur Funchal , très bien situé avec le bus à la porte et le parking à proximité .
Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Lino et le calme de sa propriété . Nous recommandons cette location .
