Oasis Club II Triplex Apartment, triplex with 3 terraces, air conditioning and free WiFi. Located in the exclusive Oasis Club II residence built with Arabic style, it offers a communal swimming pool, for adults and children, with outdoor shower and a large lawn garden. It is ideally situated in a quiet and child-friendly neighbourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea and all services, such as bars, restaurants and activities.
Accommodation
This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 159 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the ground floor is a spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofas, free WiFi and double doors that open to a large terrace with direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool. There is also 1 individual room, a bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, gas hobs, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls.
A staircase leads to the two upper floors (no lift). On the first floor there is a chill out area to rest with TV, two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, one of them with a single bed and the other two with two single beds each. Finally, on the top floor is 1 spacious main bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has access to two terraces with views of the garden, the pool and partial sea views.

The establishment is located just 20 m from the rocky beach "Playa Segon Muntanya" and 200 m from the sandy beach of Playa del Arenal. It is also close to all services such as supermarkets, bars, beach bars, a post office, a pharmacy, several banks and shops. A three-minute walk will take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and old town of Javea are about 3 kilometres away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.
Surroundings
On the picturesque Mediterranean coast, the city of Jávea is a pleasant place that delights visitors of the Costa Blanca with its beautiful marina and beautiful beaches. There are also multiple sports activities to participate in, such as sailing, diving and snorkelling, golf, tennis and even hiking to Montgó. Some minor adjustments would have made it superior. Such as holders for the shower heads and upstairs hot water issues

Location is great, close to main beaches, stores and activities. There were some items not working properly but communication with the agency was good and we got the basics repaired. Thanks very much, Romy!!

The location and surroundings are simply fantastic but a lack of attention to detail and a complete failure of the air-conditioning had a major affect on the holiday.

El alojamiento es perfecto para 8-10 personas, con estancias amplias y agradables, y muy limpia. La terraza de la entrada es una maravilla con la piscina a tan solo dos pasos. La urbanización es preciosa y muy tranquila, apenas vimos gente...no se si influiría las fechas que fuimos (final de agosto y primeros de septiembre) Por poner un pero se lo pondría a las playas de la zona, que son de roca a excepción de una de arena (que siempre estaba llena).
