Gardening Services take place every Tuesday morning.

Pool cleaning takes place every Tuesday and Friday.

Per Palm Springs City Ordinance: NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc.) are allowed outside at any time. Any type of SOUND from any sound producing device is not allowed outside of your Vacation Rental unit. This includes music coming from the inside of the home that can be heard outside. If your neighbors can hear the noise, you are in violation of the City Ordinance.

VRBO cancellations will have a minimum of a 5% cancellation fee.

Bringing a pet of any kind without prior approval will result in a $500 non-refundable fee.
