We had a wonderful stay! This home is gorgeous and surprisingly roomy, with tons of seating and a spacious kitchen that’s stocked with just about everything you’d need to entertain. The pool is lovely and the connected jacuzzi makes it easy for guests enjoying both to still feel connected and share conversation. Beautifully decorated bedrooms with big, stunning windows on the poolside that blur the indoor and outdoor spaces. This spot was everything we'd hoped for and the other members of the party asked for the information to book for future events!

Kinn House is beautifully renovated and thoughtfully decorated from top to bottom. Every detail is carefully curated, and the home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.
The host was incredibly accommodating, checking in regularly to ensure a smooth stay. With six bedrooms (five traditional bedrooms plus an office with a pull-out) and a private casita separate from the main house, the property offered plenty of space and comfort.
We were welcomed with a beautiful cheeseboard and welcome basket. We loved the pool / jacuzzi and had a great stay. We will definitely be back!

We had the best stay here. The house is huge and was perfect for a long weekend with our friends. Leanne (host) was incredibly accommodating. She helped identify and organize a private sushi chef for dinner, gave recommendations for local restaurants, and kept in close communication to ensure our stay was comfortable. The pool was great, lots of room to hang outdoors on the multiple lounge chairs, dining areas, etc. Quick drive to downtown Palm Springs. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
