In a superb position, just a 2 minute walk to the large sandy beach at Lligwy and the all Wales Coastal Path.
A stunning panoramic view of sea, coast and fields at Lligwy from the living, dining and kitchen areas upstairs.
This is an upside down house with the bedrooms downstairs. Newly built in 2015 – built upside down to take advantage of the stunning views.

LIVING AREA – open plan. Stunning views of the sea, coast and surrounding countryside from the upstairs living room area windows. 4 seater sofa with one extra part separated to give an individual chair area. 2 window seats.
DINING AREA – open plan within the kitchen area. Table with 4 chairs.
KITCHEN AREA – open plan fully fitted. Fully equipped with built-in double oven, grill and hob, 2 under counter fridges and a freezer, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast bar for 4.
