Beautiful Beachfront Villa for 12 Guests – Exclusive Use
Located within a pine forest that borders the white sandy beach of Riva dei Pini in Santa Margherita di Pula, this splendid villa accommodates up to 12 guests and is for exclusive use only.
The villa has direct access to the sea and beach and is nestled in a large private park within the Riviera dei Pini. It borders enchanting beaches such as Baia di Chia — renowned for its white sand dunes, crystal-clear waters, and the play of light on the seabed — Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Porto Zafferanu, and Capo Teulada, the southernmost tip of the island where rocky cliffs meet the sea.
Surrounded on three sides by an English lawn and shaded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation, the villa is just a short walk from the beach directly in front of the house.
Spacious, comfortable, and airy, the villa is decorated in a classic style with touches of modern design and unique curiosities collected from around the world. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a fireplace and large windows on every side, a dining room that opens onto a small internal courtyard furnished with a bench, cushions, and succulents. Adjacent to the dining room is a stylish kitchen, featuring a bright yellow 1950s cupboard alongside the latest modern appliances.

- 1 bedroom with a French bed (140 cm), en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct access to the veranda and garden
- Annex (next to the villa): 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower

This property is truly amazing. The hosts are really nice and very attentive. The house was very clean and very high quality. The property is right next to one of the most amazing beaches. The house and property are really special. Great outdoor spaces for outdoor dinning and hanging out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants a place to relax and enjoy the beach. Its very close to Pula and many fantastic restaurants.
