About this house rental
Large and spacious house. Down stairs is a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. A coffee Bar, stove and Sitting room with a nice Ocean view and a Spacious Porch.
Second floor is a spacious living room and Kitchen over looking Cholla Bay. It has a Wonderful Master Bedroom with Bathroom. A second small bedroom and bathroom across the hall. Master Bedrooms have King size beds. Small bedroom has two single beds.
The Roof Top view is spectacular and has a 360 degree view of the Bay.
Great Sunrises and Sunsets.
Parking for trailers, boats, ATV's
Pickleball court 3 minute walk from house.

Very nice home, not far from all the local thongs to do. Beautiful views and very relaxing. Beach in the area is rocky not sandy, still very nice.

This is a great hilltop home overlooking Choya Bay. We loved it and plan to return!

Jim was very professional and a pleasure to work with and if there's a problem or hiccup he's on it immediately. I would recommend this house and host to everyone I know! I wish I could've stayed longer.
