About this house rental
The Sunday River Retreat, overlooks 7 of Sunday River’s 8 ski-able peaks. From the 8-person hot tub watch the groomers get the slopes ready for another great day of riding.
This spacious fully furnished house with 6 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths is more than just a home away from home with 24-foot cathedral ceilings, hard wood floors, large dining room, full kitchen, 8-person hot tub, smart TV, high speed internet, pool table, foosball, ping-pong and much more. Located off the beaten path, it is still just a 10-minute drive to the Sunday River Ski Resort and 15 minutes to the historic Bethel village.
On the main floor is the family room, kitchen, dining room, half bath and 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed and dresser. One bedroom has an additional set of bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped for many guests and includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and many other cooking accessories.
Unwind while watching TV or your favorite movie, or just curl up with your favorite book and beverage. Two sliding glass doors open to a huge deck where you will find a relaxing 8-person hot tub, gas grill and room to spread out. Covered ski storage is available off the front porch.
On the upper level you will find 2 full baths and 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms have a queen-size bed and dresser, the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds.
On the lower level you will find a game room and washer & dryer. This game room has lots to do with foosball, ping pong, pool table, smart TV, DVD, board games and books.
Towels, and sheets/bedding for all beds is provided.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front entrance and parking area.

We rent a lot of homes and this house was one of the best house we have rented. It was clean, well stocked (kitchen, towels, sheets, etc.). Perfect short drive to ski resort, and the hot tub felt great after a day on the mountain.

This was our fourth time using this great home in Newry Maine. Another great ski vacation. Very clean, great open kitchen and living space, lots of bedrooms! Owners are very responsive, and nice.

This property was perfect. There are essentially 3 ‘wings’ with 2 bedrooms in each wing, perfect for our 3 families. Plenty of towels and blankets, kitchen had everything you needed for cooking/serving, and the house was spotless. Hot tub was a perfect added bonus. The best part hands down was the view from the entire house, large windows overlooking beautiful mountains. Communication with Elaine was great and she was extremely understanding of a situation with some misbehaved kids. Honestly the house was perfect and we will definitely be back! ❤️
