About this apartment rental
This ground floor two-bedroom apartment only 50m from the Esplanade along one of the Cairns region's most popular beaches is one not to be missed.
Offers a fabulous gated private outdoor seating area with tropical plants and its own private garden entrance from the street.
The unit contains everything you need to eat in, relax, and enjoy our amazing climate.
Suitable for holidaymakers, families, couples travelling together, or temporary business residents.
THE SPACE:
The fabulous gated private outdoor area with tropical plants and an undercover patio with a wall-mounted fan is ideal to relax and enjoy our amazing climate.
Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, YouTube, and local channels along with free WiFi and a selection of board games is provided for your entertainment during your stay.
Both air-conditioned bedrooms offer quality mattresses and ceiling fans, one has a queen-size bed and direct entrance to the building courtyard, the other bedroom has a double-size bed and private garden view.
The unit comes with a private washing machine/dryer and high-quality towels (bath as well as pool towels) and bed linen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, microwave, kettle, and all basic kitchenware. A coffee Nespresso machine is provided and a few other staples for your convenience.
One undercover parking allocated to the unit is included in your reservation as well as access to the shared swimming pool.
We have 3 adjoined fully renovated units in this complex that would be suitable for group bookings.
PLEASE NOTE:
The garden is maintained regularly. It is possible our gardener will come during your stay, no one will be accessing the apartment so there is no need to be at home or change your holiday plans.
As we are not a hotel, we only provide a starter amenities pack for your convenience. Any further supplies needed will need to be purchased for yourself.
However, some items for your convenience are available to purchase from our mini convenience store/honesty box. Feel free to use and replace these products and check the box on the menu, to avoid paying a restocking fee.
ZERO TOLERANCE for not following house rules.
Guests are liable for any damage made on the property during their stay.
Upon receiving a complaint about having party police will be called and you will be asked to leave immediately. No refund will be issued.

• No parties or events.
• No pets.
• Quiet hours 10pm - 6am.
• Limit guests to numbers booked.
• No glass around the pool.
• Any item used from the convenience store has to be paid or replaced.

The location was excellent , could use an interior paint job and more thorough cleaning inside as between cushions of couch dirty and patio was not clean or in good shape. Very ample size , spacious condo.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, perfect location so close to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Loved the outside courtyard, spent many evenings sitting out therein a tropical paradise. Laura was amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Thank you so much ☺️

The property was lovely and clean and located in a great spot. Facilities were great and garden was nice to sit and relax in.
The communication with the host was fantastic, was always really helpful and happy to accommodate. Highly recommend the host. We had a lovely relaxing stay.
