Location was great. walking distance to everything including the local buses and a cheap way to get to Cairns. Views brilliant of the sea. Pantry items left by other guests were very useful.
Better maintenance of the property. Electric stove top needs to be fixed. Lounge A/C needs to be cleaned as well as the ceiling fan.

We liked pretty much everything about this apartment, so much space - great outdoor area.
Right in the middle of everything in Palm Cove
The only slight negative is it was a little noisy early morning with Vivo getting set up for opening next door.
Not really loud -just enough to wake you up :-)

Kitchen well equipped, bed very comfy
Mould build up in bathroom (no ventilation) and bedroom cupboards. Recyling bins non-existent, noisy pool gates down below. When asked if this could be fixed - completely ignored by the reception/facility maintenance people.
