Carefully furnished with a warm lounge area (non-functional decorative fireplace), a friendly dining area, a dedicated office space, you will appreciate the cozy atmosphere of this room. A new fully equipped kitchen and a boat cabin bedroom with its private shower and sink harmoniously complete this space.
Upstairs, 3 comfortable bedrooms with sea view, equipped with well-designed storage space as well as a bathroom, offer a pleasant rest space.
Thanks to its triple exposure and with the sea as your only horizon, you can enjoy the garden and the terrace to enjoy your meals or extend your evenings under the stars, comfortably seated in deckchairs.
