PERFECTLY located, 100 y-o "Conch" House, w AAA+ front-porch, and 3 full baths to go w 3 BRs... brand-new kitchen, completely renovated since 2015... outstanding back yard w gas grill.... house and yard are enclosed by barrier of FL palms, for privacy... 4 blocks from the historic and delicious "Blue Heaven", where Hemingway boxed, and 4 blocks from his historic house.... this house is a great place to spend 30+ days in the best of The Sunshine State!

Ideally located within walking distance to all hot spots in Key West, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Owner provided way more to make our five week stay greater than would be expected.
Planning to return next year.

We had a great month. Close to the pool, the free bus, and some nice bars and restaurants. Able to walk everywhere and feel safe. My one suggestion would be to add a couple of more tv's, one is not enough. Would recommend this place to rent and Robert is very easy to work with.
