Les Jardins du Phare is a sumptuous villa located at the highest point of the village of Sidi Bou Said, in the center of the old village. Leaning against the lighthouse which dominates the hill and which always serves as a guide for navigators, it is 150m from the famous Café des Nattes. The Jardins du Phare overlooks the bay of Carthage and the golf course of Tunis.
The house “Les Jardins du Phare” is a continuation of this green space, and composed of:
• a living room (including a seating area for 5 people, a small bar for 2 people opening onto this garden,
•2 Bedrooms,
• 2 bathrooms
• 1 kitchen, open to the living room, equipped with:
-1 dishwasher
-1 refrigerator
-1 microwave oven
-1 plate and 1 hood
-1 Nespresso coffee machine
-1 washing machine
From the terrace, which is the highest point of Sidi Bou Said, you will have a magnificent view over the whole village - you will be able to contemplate the horizon of Carthage, the marina, the azure blue sea of the Mediterranean, and the sky exceptional light. This terrace is decorated with wooden floors and contemporary furniture.
This 3 centuries old house was completely renovated in October 2017, respecting the codes of the old village. “Les Jardins du Phare” will reveal its sumptuous 200m2 garden adorned with 3 hundred-year-old olive trees, a barbecue, and two sitting areas: 1 dining area and 1 rest / retreat area. Cherry on the cake ? A Jacuzzi
Despite having gone through the ages, “Les Jardins du Phare” will offer you all the amenities and all the comforts of a modern house, namely central heating, air conditioning, quality household appliances, comfortable and contemporary furniture, designer lighting and paintings. of masters… All this, to allow you a pleasant or even memorable stay.
Personalized services on request and prices:
-Breakfast delivered to the house from 8:30 to 12:00 (choice between 3 types of continental menu 7. 5 € / wake-up menu 10 € / brunch menu 15 €
Cleaning lady: 20 € / day
Cook: € 40 per dinner or lunch (the cook will do the shopping and present the receipt to be paid by travelers)
Airport shuttle:
For 1 to 4 people: 20 € one way, 40 € round trip
For 5 to 8 people: 30 € one way, 60 € round trip
If you opt for the shuttle service, a driver will be waiting for you with a name sign, just next to the Orange shop - when leaving, on the left.

My family & I enjoyed our stay and vacation & the fantastic customer service by Ahmed who made our stay enjoyable & fun providing 1st class customized attention & we want to thank Ahmed & Mohamed & the entire team. We highly recommend this property & Sidi bou Said is a gem with a fabulous array of restaurants night life & of artistic & colorful arhitecture & Artisanal treats. We plan to be back again 😍😍
