The house was in a great location! Nice walk to the beach and close to the Main Street in town. Nice layout with most bedrooms downstairs and only 1 upstairs. Great deck to enjoy the view of the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a three-day weekend. My brother graduated from Cal Poly and it was nice to be away from the craziness of grad weekend but also not too far away to get to the graduation. The house was spotless, spacious enough to comfortably fit our group, and had an amazing ocean view. We especially loved how easy it was to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby—it made the whole weekend feel so relaxing and convenient. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

Girls weekend getaway and this house had plenty of room for all. Comfortable beds, out standing views from the main floor. We were supplied with everything we needed, did not need to bring anything with us. Only item that really needs to be upgraded would be the internet access, it did not work well for any of us

Overall excellent experience. Property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Location right next to beach, dining, shops etc was a huge bonus. House was well kept and bright. Great place for a larger group, especially the fully stocked kitchen.

Very warm and welcoming home. Lots of space for the 10 of us. Loved all the amenities in the kitchen and showers. Easy walk to the beach and town. Could use blackout curtains in the master bedroom for the neighbors to the side and back with outside lights coming on at 4:00 in the morning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed for a long weekend and the home has a lot of space for all 7 of us Adults. Everyone had space and the home is plenty and roomy for all. We enjoyed the view from the patio off the kitchen and the spacious living room with all the extra seating was a bonus! Would definately recommend this home for larger groups- a pleasant stay was had by all!

This house was great for our family trip. Plenty of space and beds, with a well stocked kitchen and an amazing view of the ocean and pier. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and lots of parking. Would stay again.

The property was a perfect set up for the nine of us, plenty of space for all to gather or be alone. My only suggestion would be to organize (maybe discard) some of the plates, pots and pans, and utensils.. many of the utensils were duplicates and old or bent. There must have been 30+ knives of various sizes, not one was sharp.

we stayed at the same property 3 years ago. It is a great house.unfortunately they are building a new home directly behind this property. The new home blocks about 2/3's of the ocean view. Construction starts about 8:00 am and lasts til around 4:00 in the afternoon.
