A fabulous remodeled kitchen has custom chocolate glazed maple cabinets, granite counters, under mount granite sink, and breakfast bar. Two bedrooms (one with queen bed and other with 2 sets of bunks) on main level with an remodeled bathroom. Master bedroom suite (king bed) upstairs with two step out balconies to the Sound and Gulf of Mexico. Additional sleeping room is available with a twin day bed and trundle located in a bonus sunroom. Garage parking with a half bath and outside shower, all located on the ground level! This home has everything you could possibly need. Pack your clothes and enjoy making memories with family and friends. Our home comes equipped with a portable high chair and pack and play, beach towels, games and puzzles, beach toys and chairs, nets and flashlights for nighttime crab hunting, kayaks, bicycles, paddleboard, etc. We tried our best to think of everything you could possibly need to have a stress-free vacation. Come see the views and experience the Navarre Beach tranquility. The home has been lovingly maintained and is constantly being freshly updated with newer furniture and beach decor. Enjoy grilling on the Weber gas grill while gazing at the white sandy beaches and turquoise waters. We know you will LOVE it!

Great views, close to public parking, quiet neighborhood. Had plenty of equipment for the beach and was nice to have two refrigerators. The beds were super comfortable, we wish we could have stayed longer.

Unfortunately it was rainy and overcast for our 1st 2 days, but fortunately we had everything we needed to be comfortable on the beautiful covered deck overlooking the sound and in the open kitchen/ living room area of the home. Tracey thought of everything to make our stay wonderful.

This house was perfect! My brother got married on the beach across the street so this home was the perfect location for us! Tracey had everything we needed from beach towels and toys to chairs and umbrellas. My kids enjoyed playing with the toys in the closet and the board games. Before we arrived I messaged Tracey and she was very quick to respond. We had the best trip and would highly recommend staying at this property!

We came to FL for a final send off to a family member. This house has everything you could possible need an more. Tracy was easy to get in contact with an had quick response time.
