North Fork, New Construction with heated pool, walking distance to beach

This property was amazing! The host was accommodating of my advance requests and very responsive. The location is great and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This property was lovely! Super clean modern and beautiful! It was close to great wineries super markets and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive! We spent most of our time in the pavilion which was perfect to grill out and chill. We will be back!!Thank you!!!!

The property itself was beautiful. The yard and pool area were very well done, and the outdoor space had a lot of potential. The outside fire place did not work. The house was nice, although smaller than expected, especially since we were not allowed access to the entire house. This was the first VRBO we’ve stayed in where part of the home was off-limits. Upstairs would be at 73 and downstairs would feel like it was 60 so if there were zones, we weren’t aware of them. There was also a hot tub on the property that guests could not use. To be fair, it was not included in the listing, But, why? The biggest issue was the overall atmosphere. Communication with the owner felt very cold and unwelcoming. Any time we asked a simple question, we were repeatedly directed back to the “house rules.” The problem was that many of the answers were not actually in the rules. It became an ongoing joke in our group because every response was “it’s in the house rules,” even when it wasn’t.The rules themselves were excessive — nine pages of legal-style wording for a short vacation stay. Most guests are not going to spend their trip reading through pages of policies. A simpler, clearer approach would make the experience much more enjoyable for everyone.We travel often and have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. This was the first time we felt more like a burden than welcomed guests, especially considering the price of the rental.
