Outdoor pavilion includes an outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplace with large outdoor TV and additional sectional living room seating. Private and peaceful.
Inside you will find a completely modern and open kitchen and dining area, a family room with fireplace and two bedrooms on the main floor. On the lower level, two more large bedrooms and another family / game room.
Bathrooms are all modern and brand new with state of the art shower systems. Bathroom and bedroom linens all provided.
Washer / Dryer.
Beautiful Peconic Bay is walking distance from the house and North Fork wineries are a few minutes by car.

This property was lovely! Super clean modern and beautiful! It was close to great wineries super markets and restaurants. The host was extremely attentive! We spent most of our time in the pavilion which was perfect to grill out and chill. We will be back!!Thank you!!!!

Beautiful property better than listed..owner very accessible and quick to respond. The outdoor pavilion with kitchen and tv made use of pool and cooking/entertaining fun when watching soccer and baseball games. Does tend to be buggy at night but nothing that bites and can’t be managed.
