About this house rental
New 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathrooms with built in pool on a 2 acre private setting. A perfect place to unwind away from it all. Close to a beautiful bay beach. Plenty of vineyards close by for wine tastings. Home has four bedrooms, two have private bathrooms and two share a bathroom. The pool area has 8 lounge chairs with cushions, making it a perfect place to relax. The deck off the kitchen has a table and umbrella, perfect for outside dining. The house is perfect for 4 couples or two families with children. Owner has apartment that will be used during your stay.

Well beyond our expectations, the pictures posted on the site did not do the property. justice. Host was unbelievable and always at our disposal If we had any questions. If I needed a property out there in the future, I certainly would rent this one.

We loved our stay at Ralph's beautiful house. We had a teenager and a toddler with us, and everyone was able to have a wonderful time. The house is well-stocked and very comfortable, and the pool area and porch are gorgeous as well as functional. We will certainly be back. Thank you, Ralph for being such a terrific host!

This property was just so perfect for a mid-summer vineyard trip!!! First of all, it's all about the outdoors at this home--the saltwater pool, patio and landscaping was stunning! It was an oasis I didn't ever want to leave. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. The location could not have been more ideal, just minutes from multiple beautiful vineyards and restaurants. (I highly recommend the owner's family vineyard, Pugliese Vineyard!) Really was one of the best finds on VRBO I've ever had! Thanks to our host, Ralph!
